Roles & Responsibilities – Description
You would be responsible for
1. Coordinating with respective department heads in Preparing JD’S as per the requirement
2. Posting Job Vacancies on company website, LinkedIn, face book, Job portals (indeed, Quikr, etc)
3. Screening CV’s as per the JD, Arranging & follow up the interviews till the closure.
4. Maintain Daily Recruitment Tracker sheet.
5. Any other assignment given by reporting head.

• Should be a team Player
• Should be willing to learn new things
Role Specifications
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience:Min 6 months Exp in Recruitments
