Roles & Responsibilities – Description
1. Work closely with the VAS Team (Voice, IT, RA, Finance) of telecom operator client.
2. Service Penetration, Drive service Usage, Benchmarking Report, Competition tracking
3. New Product & Services implementation [WAP and Applications]
4. Service initiatives, Usage &, Analysis, Client Relationship, Service Promotions/marketing support, Contract Sign –off.
5. Payments and reconciliations. Achieve AOP targets including revenue and collections.
6. Identifying and communicating customer and market trends.
7. Manage and create competitive intelligence for the region.
8. Strong Account management / Business Development/ Project management skills along with Managing up and work with senior leadership.

Education: MBA
